For years it went on, It was bonanza for many of the officials in charge of running the programmes to fight the disease in the country. Many of them had hit the jackpot and shamelessly walked smiling to the bank with funds meant to save lives. The National Action Control of AIDS NACA was a cesspool of corruption.
