Hurray! Nigeria's Budget is Signed, Sealed and on its way to being Delivered.

It was a hopeful country that greeted the Signing of the Budget 2016 into Law.
 Nigerians have waited and waited and waited for the Budget to be signed so the Nation can move on with delivering on the Budget. President Muhammadu Buhari finally signed the Budget into Law and the cheers went up. President Buhari had presented on December 22nd,  a 6.08 Trillion Naira about $30-billion, budget to the National Assembly but when it was finally signed this  Friday, the document was slightly lower at 6.06 trillion Naira.
