NRC Resumes Discussions with Oil Firms over Haulage of Cargo from Lagos Seaport to Kaduna

It appears it is a new dawn. The Nigerian Railway Corporation has resumed talks with the Kaduna Inland Container Nigeria Limited to resume haulage of containers for the company from the Apapa Port to its dry port in Kaduna.
The Acting Managing Director of the NRC, Engr. F Okhiria while speaking to Journalists at Railway House Lagos also said the corporation had resumed discussions with Oil Companies to push for a resumption in the haulage of petroleum products for their companies. If implemented, we see a new crop of recruitment at the Nigerian Railway Corporation and a reduction of the highly publicized fuel tanker fires and accidents along major highways.
