Once again, it is in the news that more funds stashed in foreign accounts by the late Military Ruler, General Sani Abacha will be returned to Nigerian coffers. The funds to be returned are $480 million dollars held in US banks. It is expected that the final agreements for the move will be drawn up including conditions for the release of funds. This is coming up about sixteen years after the Military Ruler has passed on.
